Terms and Conditions 12huat – Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 12huat platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by 12huat. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form the entire agreement between you and 12huat.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 12huat platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned or suspended by 12huat for any reason.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at 12huat. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Usage & Security

Your 12huat account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, pledge, or grant your account to any third party. You are also not permitted to allow others to use your account, even immediate family members.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Recommended steps for account security:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Do not log in to your account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the 12huat support team immediately.

12huat will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately to have your account frozen.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

12huat supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysian players, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Terms related to deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account instantly or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.

Terms related to withdrawals:

• Requests from relevant authorities.
